Oren advises start-up and scale-up clients at all stages, from formation through the product's development and commercialization stage until merger and acquisition. The clients he advises range from domestic and international tech companies and their founders in various tech sectors to venture capital, private equity, and corporate investors.

Oren specializes in representing companies and investors in equity and debt financing transactions, M&A transactions, joint venture collaborations, shareholders agreements, various commercial transactions, and other domestic and cross-border transactions.

Oren has extensive experience representing start-up clients with multi-jurisdiction operations, focusing on Israel, the United States, and Canada. Oren regularly advises Delaware start-up clients, including in equity financing rounds, and is fluent in NVCA deal terms and documents.

In addition to his transactional work, Oren regularly advises clients on a wide range of ongoing legal matters, including corporate governance and policy, employment matters, equity incentive plans, and a wide range of commercial engagements.

Prior to starting his private practice, Oren was a partner, in the International and Hi-Tech department of Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co, Israel's largest law firm.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Academic Center for Law and Business, Ramat Gan, Israel, with a concentration on International Commercial Law. Graduated with High Honors (Summa Cum Laude), listed on Dean’s List of Honors in all four years of study. Completed an honors program in International Commercial Law in cooperation with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
